We provide answers to reference questions to Groton residents and non-residents alike, in person or by phone, email, or fax. If we do not possess the tools to provide a complete answer, we make every effort to locate the information from another facility as we are a member of our regional library association reference network.
Patrons may reserve materials in person, by phone, by emailing us at info(at)billmemorial.org, or from home by managing their library account in the online catalog.
The library's ONLINE CATALOG can be accessed from home by clicking that part of the directory on our Home page. PCs and printers are available to patrons for use in the library. Internet access is also offered, including WiFi. Use is free, but copies are 10 cents per page for black and white, 25 cents per page for color, and $1 per page for photo quality.

DVD and Audio Formats

This supplements our own collection of entertainment, information, & children's DVDs. We also have fiction & non-fiction books on CD, with downloadable audio books available as well.
The library has reduced admission and/or free passes to several area museums, including Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Seaport, Mashantucket Pequot Museum, Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center, Wadsworth Atheneum, Roger Williams Park Zoo, Children's Museum of Southeastern Connecticut, and the Florence Griswold Musuem.
